IUMRS Thailand 2021
The Covid-19 pandemic currently taking place around the world has not stopped the world's researchers from holding annual meetings. The event was chaired by MRS-Thailand and attended by MRS representatives from all over the world. This event was held on 24 February - 26 February 2021, Prof. Dr. rer nat Evvy Kartini who is the founder and President of the Material Research Society Indonesia (MRS-INA) was invited by the International United Material Research Society (IUMRS) as the keynote speaker at the IUMRS annual event. The event was held in a hybrid manner due to the current pandemic phase. Prof. Evvy decided to attend online via the zoom conference platform.
As one of the keynotes, Prof. Dr. rer nat Evvy Kartini conveyed the importance of batteries as renewable energy which is currently being discussed in the world. The current battery is the heart of all aspects which are expected to be a source of renewable energy in the future.
